Just received my developed film in the post from my trip to South America. With a few gems in there this one caught my eye. Christmas Eve on the beach with my other half in Mancora, Peru. A Christmas I will never forget.

Flicking through my archive I found this lovely picture taken on my Supersampler Lomo Camera. It’s a shot of my hometown Middlesbrough taken way back in my college days. This became a more interesting picture when I flipped it to create a mirror image of itself and it was later used on the inlay of my first bands 7” e.p.

So the Leeds Sassoon Salon didn’t win the Inter Salon Soiree this year :-( …. but I still think we came away with some strong images. 2013 here we come!

Last December I jumped in the van with Eagulls on their tour around Europe supporting Iceage.

After shooting a tour diary for them over the 10 day tour I put together a small slideshow montage of the tour sound tracked to their single Council Flat Blues.

I’ve now had permission to release it, so here it is!
